Pave / Prep Superintendent Position

Poe Asphalt Paving Inc. seeks a highly motivated and organized individual to supervise our Pave and Prep crews at our division in Post Falls, ID. Candidates should be strong in customer relations and leadership skills. Responsibilities include scheduling, set up, safety, and supervision of labor, equipment, and materials used in the production and completion of projects, communicating regularly and clearly with customers, contractors, and teammates. Salaried position based on experience and qualifications.­

Poe Asphalt Paving is seeking Laborers, Operators and Teamsters. We operate in Eastern Washington and North-Central Idaho. Outdoor work, overtime and occasional travel required.
