Poe Asphalt's Chip Seal Division is a seasonal venture that places bituminous treatments for our customers at the State, County, City and Highway District levels.

This group of dedicated professionals can cover hundreds of miles of roads and streets  over the course of a season. The wearing surface installed is an effective road maintenance method, extending the life of our regions roads and streets.
